Our Kennels:
Our kennels are purpose built to the latest design and specifications with full planning permission.Each dog has its own individual indoor kennel area leading to its own individual outdoor run.They are both large & spacious.Every kennel & run are cleaned and disinfected daily.We walk the dogs daily in the country side always on leads and never on the roads.
Our Cattery:
Our cattery is newly built in accordance with FAB (feline Advisory Bureau).Each heated cat room has two seperate areas with climbing frames,scratching posts and toys.It also has sneeze barriers to prevent infection between cats and a safety corridor.It has a south facing outlook which is bright,airy and stimulating.We also provide daily interaction be it brushing,playing or just talks & cuddles.
General Information:
To avoid disappointment we reccomend you book early especially for obvious holiday periods eg bank holidays,Easter and Christmas.
We do require a deposit from all new clients which is equivalent to two nights stay and which will be debited from the total cost of stay.
We accept cheques or cash.
Dogs/cats from the same household can be accomadated together,in fact we find it more stressful to them to be seperated.We can seperate at feeding time if that is a concern or that one may be a little greedy!
Special Diets are catered for .
We have no problem at all giving any sort of medication be it orally or topically,even injectable once its purpose & dosage is clearly written onto the registration form and once we are aware of it beforehand.
We have a vet on call 24hours should your own vet not be available but we will ALWAYS contact your vet should the need arise.We err on the side of caution and should we be in any way concerned about your pet we will contact your vet.

What to Bring:
All dogs & cats must have an up to date vaccination cert signed by a veterinary surgeon presented on arrival,there will be no exceptions.
Dogs must be vaccinated against Distemper,Hardpad,parvo virus and Infectious Bronchitis (Kennel Cough).
Cats must be vaccinated against Feline enteritis,feline influenza.
We reccomend you bring your pets favourite toy or blanket( unwashed) or even a piece of your own clothing(T shirt) to help ease the transition.
Allow plenty of time to arrive with your pet to the kennels so there is no last minute rush.
Opening Hours:
Mon to Fri : 10am to 1 pm and 6 to 7 pm.
Sat : 10am to 12pm only.
Sun : 6pm to 7pm only.
